My Why

A Journey Through Scale and Startups

A Journey Through Scale and Startups

A Journey Through Scale and Startups

I’ve worn many hats throughout my career — from building large-scale systems and leading high-performing teams at Amazon to helping startups find their footing and ship fast. Each chapter taught me something different about what makes products — and people — succeed.

Fueled by Visionary Founders

What truly excites me is working with founders who have bold visions. People passionate about changing the world, building something that matters, and making history. I thrive in that energy — turning vision into action, complexity into clarity, and ambition into results.

Empowering the Future

Empowering the Future

I bring my experience both hands-on and through guidance — helping startups move faster, build smarter, and grow stronger. I’m passionate about supporting entrepreneurs who shape the future — because their success is, ultimately, my success.

My Story

... and how it suddenly all connected.

For years, I worked in the fast-moving world of European startups — wearing every hat imaginable, learning what it truly means to build something from nothing. It was chaotic, rewarding, and endlessly inspiring. I loved the energy, but I wanted to understand what it takes to scale things at a different level — the kind of scale where a single decision affects millions of people.

That curiosity took me to Amazon. There, I saw the other side — the systems, leadership principles, and discipline behind operating at global scale. I learned what great engineering leadership looks like: how to make high-quality decisions quickly, how to align large teams behind a vision, and how to build mechanisms that let organizations grow without losing speed.

Somewhere along the way, I also became a father of two amazing children. That changed everything again — it challenged my priorities, strengthened my empathy, and made me an even better leader. It taught me to balance ambition with presence, and to focus on what truly creates value.

Now that I’m back in Europe, everything I’ve learned connects. I’m using my experience from both worlds — the agility of startups and the rigor of Amazon — to help founders build products that matter. Over the years, I’ve realized that real progress — whether in engineering, leadership, or life — comes down to three things: Courage, Commitment, and Consistency.

Courage to take bold bets and move forward even when the path isn’t clear.
Commitment to follow through and do the hard work that great outcomes demand.
And Consistency — the discipline to keep delivering, day after day, until vision turns into reality.

Those three principles are at the heart of everything I do. They’re how I lead, how I build, and how I help founders turn possibility into lasting success.
